The Monthly Meeting of the LOUISIANA XII CHAPTER of the BLUE KNIGHTS INTERNATIONAL LAW ENFORCEMENT MOTORCYCLE CLUB was called to order on September 11th, 2023 at 6:33 PM by Chapter President Bruce Verrette.

Item #3 -Vice President’s Report
3A- Our October Ride will be at the Fall SRC in Biloxi MS.
3B- Vice President Cormier is going to the Angola Prison Rodeo on October 29th 2023, if anyone is interested in going.
Item #4 -President’s Report
4A -.President Verrette discussed the voting process for upcoming Fall SRC in Biloxi MS. We, Blue Knight LA XII recommend the following candidates for the SRC Board. Bruce Verrette (Chairman) Larry Dunn (Vice Chairman)Justin Hartley (Secretary) Al Fryer (Treasurer) Chuckie Diaz (International Rep)
4B - President Verrette also read the Proposal Submitted by Bob Awtrey to repeal the SRC Bylaws and replace them with an S.O.P. which has yet to be written as of the time that the motion was mailed to the chapter Presidents. After discussion, it was recommended to President Verrette that he vote against the proposal.
Item #8-The Next Monthly Meeting
The next Monthly Meeting will be held on October 2nd, 2023, At the New Orleans Hamburger and Seafood Restaurant at the Oakwood Mall . Dinner will start at 6:00 PM and the meeting will start at 7:00 PM
